Modular homes can reduce construction time by more than 35 percent, getting you into your new home faster so you can enjoy it longer. Site-built homes can take many weeks to complete, while modular homes are assembled on site and usually finished within a week.

We allow all of our customers the option to bring their own financing to the table. In fact, we encourage most people to use their own personal banks where strong relationships have been built to do the financing on their new home if possible. But if this is not an option then we do have many different possibilities to get our customers the best possible interest rates. We use many local banks such as BB&T, First Bank, and SECU just to name a few. Many larger banks such as US Bank, Wells Fargo, and other mortgage companies play a large role in our ability to get our customers financed when others could not. We offer Land/Home package deals as well as Home only loans.
